Right of withdrawal (EU consumers — 14 days)
If you are a consumer (natural person acting outside your professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of the date of subscription, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, notify us at admin@pagebiz.eu within 14 days. We will refund your first payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exception: If you explicitly requested that the Service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires (e.g. your site went live immediately), you may be charged a pro-rata fee for the days the Service was active.
Cancellation by the Client (B2B and after the 14-day period)
- Cancel at any time by emailing admin@pagebiz.eu
- 30 days notice required
- Your site remains live during the notice period
- No refund for the current billing month after the notice is sent
- Prepaid fees for future months (if any) will be refunded pro-rata
No refund cases
- Monthly subscription fees already consumed (site was live and accessible)
- Domain registration fees (domains are non-refundable once registered — this is standard registrar policy across the EU)
- One-time fees (domain transfer assistance, etc.)
Service credits
If the Service experienced downtime exceeding the 99.5% monthly SLA, you are entitled to a service credit (not a cash refund) applied to your next invoice. Contact admin@pagebiz.eu with the dates and description of the issue.
